GODFREY MOKAEANE
FOUNDER & CEO
Godfrey is the founder and CEO of Motion Projects, which forms part of the Motion Holdings Group, a social impact focused group with a global reach through partnerships with consulates outside of South Africa.
For the past fifteen years, his focus has been on complex multimillion-rand projects with both the private and public sector. Godfrey has managed a complex Accelerated School Infrastructure Delivery Initiative programme on behalf of the Department of Basic Education in the Eastern Cape which included direct reporting to the President’s office. Godfrey has assisted the Western Cape Education Department for the last seven years, as an implementing agent via the Department of Transport & Public Works in maintaining their R80 billion portfolio of educational facilities around the Western Cape.
Godfrey’s focus, over the past seven years has been directed at building a sustainable Project Management firm now known as Motion Projects.
FATIMA SALIE
DIRECTOR
Fatima is an experienced Built Environment and Infrastructure Delivery Professional with a proven track record of delivering multimillion-rand projects within the Western Cape during a 10-year tenure with the Western Cape Government, Department of Transport & Public Works, Education Infrastructure Directorate and also in the private sector.
Further to being professionally registered with SACAP and an Honours in Project Management, Fatima’s previous role as Project Leader on various educational infrastructure projects has proven that communication and stakeholder engagement are core skills that significantly impact the success of a project. Equipped with the expertise and knowledge gained in the Built Environment, Fatima is a driven and enthusiastic professional who is results orientated with a desire to make an impact.
Fatima’s experience includes residential, educational and commercial projects, including having worked with upgrades at the Cape Town International Airport.
JACQUES JACOBS
DIRECTOR
Jacques is a built environment professional with over 23 years of Project Management and Construction Management experience in the real estate, infrastructure and mining sectors throughout Africa, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Jacques’ fastidious attention to detail ensures the client’s expectations of the delivery of a high-quality building are met. Jacques joined Motion Projects team to add to the leadership’s service orientated ethos.
