With a foundation in civil engineering, it comes as no surprise that Lawrence is geared up to tackle almost anything from the ground up. His work experience is multifaceted in the built environment but places recognition mainly in complex projects that involves detailed coordination.

Faldi is a Project Developer and a Civil Engineer by profession. Faldi is a registered engineer (Pr Eng), Project Manager (Pr CM and Pr CPM) and a Net Zero Accredited Professional (AP) with the GBCSA. Faldi has a keen interest in sustainable design and development and has been involved in large scale projects including the V&A Marina, The One & Only Hotel, the Mitchell’s Plain Hospital The Portside Building, the C40 Net Zero initiative, the revitalisation of the Athlone CBD and the mixed income. mixed use Conradie Park developments in Cape Town amongst others. Faldi has over 30 years’ experience as a project leader and registered mentor for engineers and project managers.
